The Wine
Los Amigos is a fino made without being fortified, thanks to the high concentration of sugars in the Pedro Ximénez grapes.
For those who are not yet very familiar with the traditional Andalusian wines, a perfect choice as an introduction to this fascinating world; while for everyone else, a fino that represents excellent value for money, one that is dry and light, slightly bitter and pleasantly crisp, with its delightful hints of wood and dried fruit and nuts.
