Its particularly transparent ruby red colour introduces us to a delicate interpretation of the Grenache variety. Aromas of strawberries, peppers, scrub and redcurrants abound. It displays a surprising freshness and intense chalky minerality. Spongy and fluid but with a strong personality.

Rounded and well-polished tannins provide a structure perfect for its intense notes of red fruits to be appreciated better. Wood is felt through its rough mouthfeel but remains in the background supporting the main star, the fruit.

An almost French-like style with a noticeable purity and velvety feel, Finca La Montesa has developed into a delicate wine leaving aside its juicy and exuberant character.
